HC reserves verdict on state MBBS seats

A bench of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice N V Shravan Kumar, however, summoned details from authorities on how they had filled 8,215 seats in the 34 new medical colleges. As per norms, each state has to allot 15 per cent of seats in medical colleges in their territories to the national pool and remaining 85 per cent seats can be allotted to their students.
